The Rucksacks can be filled up to 35 pounds. Meant to be attached to The Trainer elk hindquarter to get a full pre-season workout. Comes with a built-in funnel for filling ease. Recommended fill level is the webbing closest to the funnel. Multiple hand hold points for other exercises.
